The fitness training tips that you should be doing are:

1. The first exercise that you should be doing is with an exercise ball. This is what most pros use to get better at their game. To use the ball effectively, what you should do is hold the ball in front of you, while you’re in your golf stance. After you’ve done that, swing the ball from side to side as if you were swinging your golf club.

2. Another golf fitness training tip that you should be doing is cardio training. This will help you increase your endurance, so that you can go strong through a round of golf. Some cardio training that you can do is jogging on a treadmill, riding a bike, taking a fitness class, and swimming. You should do this at least 3 times a week.

3. The third thing you should do to get better at golf is to weight train. This will help you with your power, strength, and overall level of fitness. A few weight training exercises that you should do includes shoulder press, bench press, bicep curls, lateral raises for your shoulders, and tricep pushdowns.
